IPAC does not have a designated drop off zone. It is recommended that parents park in one of the nearby carparks and walk to IPAC. It is not recommended to drop students off in Town Hall place due to the high frequency of traffic and limited turning space.
This year student access is via the Bruce Gordon Theatre. There will be a check in station located at the doors to the theatre for students to be dropped off before making their way to their designated dressing room space.
Drop off times will be staggered where possible to avoid congestion and unnecessary gatherings.
This year we will have strict limits on parent helpers that must be registered with the IPAC. If you are interested in helping please comment on the post (in the TBSOD member FB group) titled ‘Parent helpers for the shows’ with your child’s full name and what show you are available for (morning or afternoon). We will confirm by early next week if you will be needed. Only parents willing to supervise a group will be able to help backstage.
Once Upon A Dance
Miss Sophie will be in charge of the OUAD students. The students will be put into groups of 3-4 to be supervised. We will only require 5 parents backstage for this and will utilise teachers to provide additional support to the students.
Students will be allocated to the following dressing rooms:
Dressing room 1
Dressing room 2
Dressing room 3
Dressing room 4
Dressing room 5
Dressing room 6
Dressing room 7
Dressing room 8
